This group will hopefully serve to attract people interested in bike building and riding (and hopefully ride what you build). There are ALOT of people out there who can build cooler bikes than me, but its my nature to share, teach and collaborate...(in addition to my day job as an architect, I teach design at Pratt) I am hoping that this would be a great way to contribute to NYC's rich cycling heritage. The Uptown Renewal Cash Mobs Loving Our Neighborhood One Mob at a Time One of the first projects of the Uptown Renewal Team is to organize ‘Cash Mobs’ to support local small businesses. A Cash Mob is like a flash mob but with customers instead of choreography.
